Please Read the following Steps.
Place your order online or with an app or by phone with the corresponding store for your item/s and prepay for your order. Please make Colonel Delivery as the authorized person to pick up your order.
Once you have placed and paid for your order & added Colonel Delivery as the authorized person to pick up your order then click on the appropriate line item below.
After clicking on the appropriate line item, enter your receipt information and time of pickup in the special request box. Then complete your delivery request and pay the delivery fees.
Driver earnings are a portion of the delivery fees collected and 100% of your tips. We have a minimum gratuity for this service built in, but you are welcome to change the amount higher if you would like.
Due to this being a special request delivery the auto generated expected time of delivery will not be accurate and we will work with you to establish the delivery time. * If your order contains Heavy Items such as large bags of pet foods, etc. or has multiple heavy items such as cases of water, etc. there will be a Heavy/Large Items adjustment of $7.99 additional fee added to your initial delivery fee. Certain items may not be accommodated, in this case we will contact you.

1. Order & pay for your groceries online at Walmart.com or the Walmart Grocery App & select the Richmond, KY location as your pickup. Please be sure to set Colonel Delivery as authorized pickup person (Walmart offers personal shopping of your grocery selections available for same-day pickup. For more information about how this service works, please visit Walmart.com)
2. Place your request for delivery with us below. Enter the following information in the "SPECIAL REQUEST" section: 1. Your full name. 2. Your order number. 3. The pickup time at Walmart 4. Email Colonel Delivery a copy of your receipt to coloneldeliveryorders@gmail.com or snap a picture of the full receipt and send to 859-279-1963 We will pickup your already selected, bagged & purchased Walmart goods.
3. ALL grocery orders MUST be placed as an advanced order. When selecting the advance time, you are selecting the time Colonel Delivery is picking your order up from Walmart, not the time we are delivering your groceries. Once we receive your request we will collect your goods and deliver them to your front door! Colonel Delivery WILL NOT bring your groceries in your home or put them away. All grocery orders MUST be placed in advance so we can plan around our fresh food deliveries. Service may temporarily be unavailable without notice during high volume times.
4. Colonel Delivery IS NOT responsible for the quality of any items that Walmart selects or fails to include with your order. We are only picking up what has been shopped for and bagged by a store employee.
5. Someone MUST be home at time of delivery to sign the Colonel Delivery receipt, if no one is available items will be left at your door. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed. Drivers do not deliver large grocery orders to second and third floors.
